Day 1
Arrival at
Hosea Kutako, the international airport of Namibia. Meet and greet by one of our representatives, travel to
Windhoek and check into a guesthouse/hotel. Dining at one of the fine restaurants. Pre booked but on own account.

Day 2
Very early start, leaving Windhoek (breakfast packs) driving about 45 min to a farm in the vicinity of the
Khomas Hochland mountains. At the farmstead we leave the car and start hiking. Hippos will have a good selection of snacks and food to take along for lunch on route. Hike will be roughly 7 – 8km, never accurate because a change of route may be possible, truly wild hiking the first day. We will be hiking through mountainous savannah, beautiful scenery and on occasion encounter wildlife like
giraffe,
kudu,
mountain zebra,
baboons and some smaller animals. Lunch will be somewhere halfway under a shady tree or a rock. Not too late arrival at our camp (well prepared). For the duration of the hike itself, the guests are requested to carry their own water and foodies. Arriving at camp you prepare your tent and sleeping place, Afterwards just enjoy the scenery, sundowner drinks, real Namibian dinner and camp fire under the stars.

Day 3
Today we have a very early start after breakfast and packing. We take an easy hike down the old two spoored farm road. We arrive for brunch at the farmstead, afterwards leave towards the
Erongo mountains. Campsite with hot water and ablution blocks. Dinner will be prepared . Today we request the guests to help pitching the tents and help around camp.

Day 4
Before sunrise, hike up the “
Camp mountain” +-90min. Enjoy the beautiful sunrise and back to camp for breakfast . Afterwards we start hiking through truly wild places with tracking, wildlife encounters and fantastic scenery. Lunch on route. Later, arrival at camp. Some preparations and dinner, sundowner and simply enjoy the African sounds of the bushveld. Hike distance +- 7km.

Day 5
Another great day of hiking.
Small reminder: Always carry enough water, a hat and sunscreen and wherever possible please charge cameras because the hiking part is truly wild. There are no facilities along the way to charge your batteries.

Day 6
After a good breakfast only a 3 – 4 hour hike to our next camp. Having spent the past two nights in the bush, here some hot showers and good food awaits us. Arrival for lunch, afternoon at leisure.

Day 7/8/9
After breakfast, we travel via
Spitzkoppe, also called the
Matterhorn of Namibia, to the Atlantic coast where we
spend 3 nights. Here we have the opportunity to take part in many activities all arranged and included by our team. You will overnight at one of the beautiful places and the restaurants will be pre booked but on own account. One full day is set aside for a combo of a
boat cruise and
Sandwich Harbour Tour where the dunes meet the ocean. Half a day is reserved for a morning or afternoon guided desert tour. A 90min
quadbiking tour is also included. Simply enjoy.

Day 10
After breakfast we travel back to Windhoek and will be staying at a lodge in the vicinity. Afternoon game drive and sundowner.

The end of a wonderful trip and transfer to the airport.
